Description

Australian made custom protective transit covers designed to protect furniture, display equipment and sensitive commercial assets during transport, storage and event handling.

This project involved the manufacture of custom-fitted protective box covers for baby furniture being transported between trade shows and exhibition events.

To provide impact protection and abrasion resistance, the covers were manufactured using a durable quilted outer fabric. Because the furniture being protected featured white painted surfaces, the covers were lined internally with white ripstop fabric to prevent potential colour transfer or surface marking during transit.

Each cover was custom sized to suit individual furniture pieces for secure fit and easier handling. Clear PVC identification pockets were sewn into each cover to allow fast visual identification of contents during freight handling, bump-in and bump-out operations.

Designed for repeated commercial use, these covers help protect valuable equipment while improving transport organisation and operational efficiency.
