If something isn’t right, we’ll help you sort it quickly.

Standard Products

You can return standard, unused items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.
Items must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Custom-Made Products

Custom items are made specifically for you and can’t be returned or exchanged unless faulty.

This includes:

    • Custom textile work
    • Special-size bags or covers
    • Custom straps or assemblies
    • Bulk sewn orders

We’ll always repair or replace any custom item that arrives with a manufacturing fault.

Resale Outdoor Accessories

Outdoor items we retail (e.g. hats, caps, binoculars, compasses, torches, general camping accessories) can be returned within 14 days if unused and in original packaging.
Used, worn or opened hard goods cannot be accepted unless faulty.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, or we’ve sent the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 days with your order number and a photo.
We’ll repair, replace or refund – whatever’s most appropriate.

How to Start a Return

Email us with:

    1. Order number
    2. Item you want to return
    3. Reason (wrong size, change of mind, faulty, etc.)
    4. A photo if the product is damaged or incorrect

We’ll reply with the return instructions.

Refunds

Refunds are processed once your return arrives and is checked.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was faulty or the error was ours.

Exchanges

If you want a different size or product, we can process an exchange once the original item is returned.
If the replacement item has a price difference, we’ll adjust the payment accordingly.

Change-of-Mind Note
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

    • Used items
    • Opened hard goods (e.g. compasses, torches, tools)
    • Any damaged products not in original condition
