Description

Custom-designed textile restraint system manufactured as a replica for a space exhibition at the Sydney Powerhouse Museum.

Based on the “PERS” (Payload Equipment Restraint System) used in the International Space Station, this project required precise construction to replicate the function and appearance of the original system.

Developed for exhibition use, the build focused on accuracy, durability and presentation, demonstrating DDC’s ability to produce specialised textile components for unique and technical applications.
