Description

Australian made custom rack mount covers designed to protect AV and technical equipment in venue, event and operational environments.

This project involved the manufacture of a custom protective rack mount cover for an AV company requiring durable weather-resistant protection for installed equipment at a venue.

The client specified heavy-duty black PVC construction for its durability, easy-clean surface and resistance to weather exposure. The cover was custom manufactured to suit the exact rack dimensions, providing reliable protection while maintaining easy operational access.

A front access flap was incorporated into the design so technicians could access the rack-mounted equipment without removing the entire cover. Reinforced eyelets were fitted to the flap, allowing support poles to hold the cover open during servicing or operation.

When closed, the flap is secured using 50mm hook and loop fastener along both sides for quick access and reliable closure.

Designed for repeated commercial use in demanding venue and event environments.
